2025 Annual Membership Meeting

On Monday, April 28th, we will host a meal catered by Big Smith's BBQ at the Alba-Golden ISD Cafetorium. The meal will be served at 6 pm, followed by our annual business meeting at 7 pm, complete with door prizes. We ask that you call the office to RSVP by April 23rd. 

This year, there were three positions open on our Board of Directors. Two Directors will serve another term, and we welcome a new member joining us this term. He ran unopposed, so our board passed a resolution stating that no election is needed. The directors will be Terry Dickerson, Ricky Haisten, and Monty Lewis. I would like to thank these members for volunteering their time and expertise. 

I would also like to take this opportunity to review some options we offer for receiving and paying your bill. We frequently receive calls regarding bills not being received on time or payments not reaching us in time, leading to late fees and avoidable issues. 

Firstly, we provide paperless billing. Bills are sent out at the end of the month. If you haven't opted for paperless billing, your bill is mailed first-class via the postal service. By going paperless, you will receive an email notification as soon as your bill is approved and ready for viewing. 

Regarding payment, we offer various options to facilitate this process. The first option is to set up a draft payment. Using your checking account, payments are drafted on the 10th of each month, and this service is offered free of charge. 

The second option is to pay online or by phone. If you visit our website, you will find a "Bill Payment" box that will direct you to our bill pay portal. You can set up a login or look up your account. Your account number will be required for either option. Please note there is a 3% fee for online credit card payments and $1 for eCheck payments.
